There is one magical key for changing our life.There is one ingredient that we have to include to evolve.It is not about a secret practice or ritual.It is simply this, we have to take responsibility.We have to take responsibility for our part in life.We have to take responsibility for how we show up in the world.We have to take responsibility for our side of the relationship.This does not mean we have to take responsibility for anyone else's part.Only our own part.They have to have to take responsibility for their part.And that is their work, not ours.Our work is to truly take responsibility so we are empowered to change.For it is only when we truly take responsibility that we recognize our power.That we see how we are a creator.That we know we have contributed to everything in our lives.We are not responsible for what happens to us.We are responsible for how we react to it.For the meaning we make from it.For the next choice we make.We cannot change the past.Yet we can change the present moment.By making a different choice.By own our past participation.By accepting that we can be different.We can change.We choose a different path.And then we can move forward.Consciously, with intention and awareness.How others decide to respond to us is their business.Ours is to own our part and move forward with intention.That's how we change our life.It may be simple, and that doesn't mean it's easy.
