There are many transitions in our lives.

From the time we are born until we die.

We are constantly going through transitions.

Yet we often do not give them a thought.

From being one age to another.

Walking through a doorway, or going up the stairs.

Going from one room to another, one floor to another.

We travel from one country, from one world to another.

And how often do we give a thought to the transition we just went through?

Transitions can be life altering moments in our lives.

Like becoming an adult from being a child.

Or a parent transitioning from this earth to their next existence.

Yet when the transitions are subtle, or common, like going from one season to another, we often ignore them.

We ignore their power and their opportunity.

The opportunity to shift what we want to shift in our own lives.

To seize the power of the external transition and use it for an internal transition.

They can serve us in so many ways.

So when we overlook them and ignore them we miss a chance to fully embrace the moment and transition ourselves.

Transitioning ourselves from where we are to where we want to be.

From who we are to who we want to be.

Shifting our perspective from what once was not possible to what can be possible in this new moment.

Moving from pain to joy.

Or from sadness to acceptance.

Our mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual transitions are moments of great power and opportunity.

When we recognize that any external transition we are going through can support us in transitioning some aspect of our lives.

Even as we transition from daytime to nighttime during a sunset.

Or from nighttime to daytime during the dawn.

Every single day there is a transition we can take advantage of and utilize for our growth.

It is up to us to recognize the transition and see how we can apply it to our own lives.

See how it can serve us or those around us.

And allow any transition in our lives to be one of opportunity and not resistance.

Are you going through a transition in your own life right now?

How can you use it to help you transition some aspect of yourself?
