Now is not the time to hide.It may be the time to stay inside, and to go inside.Yet now is not the time to stay distant and in the shadows.

Now is the time for each us to stand up and lead.

To lead with our words.To lead with our actions.To lead with our hearts.When those around us are worried about tomorrow, it is time for us to stay in the present moment.For tomorrow never comes, and yesterday has already past.All we have is this moment.And we get to choose how we show up.Will we inspire others or spread fear?Will we lift others up, or only be concerned with ourselves?All of it will become so apparent now.In extreme times we see through all veneers.It become obvious who is truly living a life of caring, and who is not.

It is time for us to step up.

We need no more training.We need no more experience.All we need to remember that we are already whole.We are already perfect in our imperfection.And that we affect all those around use, even virtually, through our presence.What does your presence say about you?What do your words say about you?What do your actions say about you?We all have our part to play.We all have a calling to be who we truly are, whether we know it or not.We do not need anything more.Life is calling us.Life is calling us to stand up for what we already know is right.We know our truth.We know our gifts.We do not need any one else's permission.We do not need anyone else's recognition.We do not need anyone else's love.We only have to give it to ourselves.Without judgment of ourselves or others.They do not have to respond to us.They do not have to agree with us.They do not have to care about us.Only we have to care.Only we have to respond.Only we have to come from our hearts and know that it is enough.It is enough for us.It is enough for life.Let us not waste our breath on trivialities.Let us not waste our attention on those things that do not matter.We know what truly matters.We know what is truly important.Family, friend, community, and the world of nature.There are no real borders.Borders are man-made.We all breath the same air.We all drink the same water.We are one people.

We are one world.

Now, more than ever, it is undeniable!
