This week we welcome Crystalee Beck, Founder of the Mama Ladder. Mama Ladder is an international hub of powerful resources for women entrepreneurs, providing guidance on all aspects of business building. In addition to giving tips about how to create your own business goals, they will highlight their 2019 Mama Spring Break in Utah AND their High Five Business Grant for $5,000.

It’s the first show for 2019 and the ladies are talking about goal setting. The show starts off with giving tips to listeners. Priya says for people to be persistent and success will come to you. Joan tells people to take some time off and rest. She realized that when she got sick during the holidays after working on many projects. Katie believes that not everything is going to be perfect so people have to learn to let things go, especially the small things. Also, new social media plans for the show and Hayley Picchini from Scout & Cellar Aspen calls in to talk about a new promotion for the product.

Chrystalee talks about tips on creating goals for businesses to thrive and how she established Mama Ladder after years of being in a corporate job. Plus, the 2019 Mama Spring Break retreat in Utah and the High Five Business Grant that her company gives to eligible businesses.
It’s 3 for 3 with Katie and it’s all about New Year’s Resolutions. Katie mentions why people don’t keep up with their goals past January and offers solutions to help make resolutions more achievable. Chrystalee Beck is still on the line with the ladies to talk more about the the High Five Business Grant and why she started giving away money to young mothers running businesses. Then, special guest Chef Wadeinni calls in for his mini segment to talk about the dish he made for Joan and Priya and how all of his dishes were created by him and not copied from other chef’s.
Chef Wadeinni stays on briefly to talk about his social media presence and his new YouTube channel, where he plans on doing recipe tutorials. Then, Priya talks about her upcoming trip to the Mama Ladder retreat in Utah and how she plans on giving strategic plans for mothers to be successful at running a business. The ladies end the show talking about the 116th Congress and how our government has more diverse women leaders than ever before and then Katie comes back to the show as all three give their words of the day.
