Moving along, Sam continues the show by discussing the balance of flexibility. He gives more examples of situations where Sam had to be flexible. He shares that though in some situations, we have to be understanding, we can’t be flakey all the time, which could strain a relationship. It is all about trying to find a good balance between being flexible in certain situations when it involves others.

As the episode comes to an end, Sam wraps up by finally diving into the key of flexibility. He talks about how the key to flexibility is not to get attached to the outcome of a situation. Cultivating that skill of not getting attached can really help to unlock the power of flexibility. He finishes the show by talking about the different waves of generations and how flexibility is needed for future waves of change.
