At an early age, I discovered I had a unique capacity for sensing and understanding the feelings of others as well as the ability to feel and communicate with spiritual energy. Today, I embrace my gifts to work with clients deeply and profoundly. I’m grateful to share my gifts with you, and I’m proud to say, “I’m living my soul’s true purpose guiding individuals to live a happier and healthier life!”
I have studied the healing arts of the mind, body, and soul in the New York Metropolitan Area for 10 years. By trade, I’m a Registered Dietitian (RD) Certified Nutritionist/Dietitian (CDN) since 2010. I am not your traditional nutritionist. I believe food and the body are incredible tools to uncover the root of our physical and emotional imbalances. Throughout my studies, I’ve expanded the breadth and depth of my understanding of mind, body & soul connection and along the way empowered myself to live a life of freedom with my whole self – my nutrition, my body, my mind and my spirit. It is my mission to provide my clients with permanent solutions to their life issues while changing the conversations people are having about food, the body, and how to cultivate true health and well-being.
Today in my practice, I enjoy witnessing my clients Nourish the Soul while walking into freedom with not just their body and food but relationships, career, and soul purpose too! As a spiritual teacher, speaker, healer, radio talk show host, and consultant my work brings me great joy. I’m over the moon excited to share my revolutionary approach with the world. Elizabeth opens up the show giving advice to listeners about the spiritual journey that everyone goes through in the universe, especially when there’s obstacles. She reminds people that even though there’s a daily struggle, we have to stay present in our minds so that our challenges in life can help all of us learn and grow. She also offers listeners a chance to share concerns their body, mind, and soul.
Elizabeth begins to take questions from listeners. She talks to the caller about finding outlets that allow her to shift your mindset, even if it’s a little challenging. They talk about ways to continue to feel powerful even in difficult situations. She also talks about ways to reshape our thoughts and feelings in ways that allow us to be and remain in control and in the “driver’s seat.” Our mindset or ethos is how we think. It can be our motivator or self-sabotager. Our mindset needs to come from a truly positive place in order for us to feel true confidence.
Elizabeth speaks about how our mindsets can allow us to attract more negative or more positive. She shares a personal middle school story about gym class. Her experience running a mile inspired a sense of shame during this time and influenced how she felt for the rest of middle school, high school, her 20’s and almost her 30’s. This experience and this mindset shift from when she was 9 set the tone in a negative way for years.
Elizabeth takes another caller. She speaks more about the fact that the root of our problems often have to deal with our past. She speaks more about her life and how these feelings of inadequacy that stemmed from her childhood had many negative repercussions throughout her life. She gives more advice about not letting “little you” drive. You must remain in the driver’s seat and drive your own car. She urges everyone to remain in control.
[EPISODE #40] The Power of the Past: Claiming True Confidence
Nourish the Soul shares with you, special guest, Peter Woodbury MSW of Virginia Beach. Peter is a trained hypnotherapist and past life-regressionist who has been studied under renowned leaders Dr. Brian Weiss, Dr. Allen Chips and Dan Brown Ph.D. Peter is a graduate of Harvard University where he earned an undergraduate degree in psychology and a graduate of Boston University where he holds a master’s degree in social work. A student of the Edgar Cayce readings for over 20 years, he is a popular presenter on key topics from the Cayce readings both at A.R.E Headquarters and in the field.
Peter will be joining me to explore our soul’s journey as he discusses what past life regression is and how our past (including past lives) influence the way we think, feel and behave with ourselves today.
I know you are ready to expand your understanding of yourself and why you are on the journey you are on.
This is an exciting show!
Continuing this month’s theme of the root chakra (which deals with safety and security), Elizabeth begins this segment by speaking about confidence. Understanding our past and our past lives is an important part of growing and learning in a powerful way. In order to develop confidence, we must look back at our past in order to transform our lives. We have to be willing to unlock what occured in our past that shape our present. She introduces her guest Peter Woodbury and they begin to speak about metaphysics and the mind.
Elizabeth and Peter continue their conversation about Peter’s upbringing and his relationship with his great-grandmother from Puerto Rico. They speak about his upbringing as well as his education and the way he became interested in Eastern thought. They continue their talk visiting topics such as hypnotherapy, past-life regression, and healing ourselves through the past by helping people access their “soul selves.” These regressions work by allowing others to see scenes from their past and helping them get through any issues they may have had.
Elizabeth continues to talk to Peter about regression and hypnosis. They talk about the ways regression differs from traditional talk therapy. Instead of just talking about traumas like patients do in talk therapy, they can go back into that time and change and heal themselves through regression therapy. Peter talks about his personal experience with regression and how it made him more compassionate and more self-confident because he was led to his “soul self.” They take a listener’s question about visiting a past life by herself.
Elizabeth talks to Peter about his experience with guides, the “guardians” that help human beings throughout their lives. He talks about his ability to meet with them and the revelation that they were part of a group. He learned that in some lives, he guided them and in others, they guided him. Elizabeth and Peter speak more about the work he is doing and how he feels like it liberates people. They both recognize how powerful the work he doing is and they end by speaking about his book that he is currently writing.

We learn to identify what we are doing to hold us back. Elizabeth shows us how we can find the answer within ourselves to get the body, relationship, and career we want . As fall begins a season of change, we realize we all have the ability to transform, grow, and learn.
Elizabeth introduces the theme for October: Building True Confidence. She emphasizes the key phrase “You are the Answer.” This month we will learn how to build the confidence and harness energy to meet our goals. Elizabeth asks us to evaluate whether we are looking outside ourselves for answers and how looking outside makes us feel. By looking within, we can access our chakras and our foundation of confidence.
Elizabeth explores how we all can lose confidence along our journeys. By returning to the sources of our doubts, we can see how to we started believing other people were the answers to our issues. We must learn to overcome the doubts and clear out what limits us from walking in our highest potential. Elizabeth shares her own story of leaving her past career to create Nourish the Soul to demonstrate how confidence helps us to follow our dreams.
Elizabeth shares stories from her childhood and college to show how she looked for validation from professors, friends, and people outside herself. Through her own story, Elizabeth warns how looking outside of yourself for fulfillment can actually lead us to lose confidence. She demonstrates how our past issues can continue to hold us back unless we engage our chakra energy to become the master creator of our lives.
[EPISODE] Transforming Stumbling Blocks into True Health & Happiness!
This week on Nourish the Soul we will wrap up the theme of Change by exploring how to transform the obstacles we face in life to long-lasting health & happiness.
Change, expected or unexpected, can make us feel like we have hit a stumbling block as it often presents hurdles, stopping us in our tracks, throwing us of course, or shaking things up in a big way.
What if life’s hurdles are opportunities to break free from doubt, uncertainty, feeling stuck, or unhappy. What if they are an opportunity to end unhealthy habits with your body, food, and personal relationships?
Here are some questions I want you to think about before Wednesday’s broadcast:
What if life’s hurdles are the Universe propelling you towards walking in the path of your highest potential?
Do you think you deserve to be happy and healthy today?
Is there anything right now you want to change about your current state of health and well-being?
What if change is the solution to long-lasting health and happiness?
Would you be curious to open yourself to seeing how stumbling blocks are the Universes way of mirroring to you what you have been thinking, saying, and believing about yourself? What if change is the Universes way of saying “Hey, I want you to see your potential..”
Are you ready to get present to the happiness and health you deserve and explore how to break free from what limits you to living your best life?
Tune in to learn more!
Elizabeth begins today by talking about how important sharing is. We are often afraid to share because we think we are going to be judged but in fact, sharing is immensely powerful. Later she speaks about her weekend workshop and all the attendees that were able to transform their lives.
She urges us to seriously look at what is limiting us. Are we limiting ourselves by the conversations we’re having with ourselves? What have we been telling ourselves? She also gives a special message to her listeners and even shouts out a listener.
Elizabeth tells us that we truly deserve to be happy and healthy. She again urges us to think about what we want to change in our lives. We need to get to the bottom of whatever it is that is holding us back, set ourselves free from it, and start a new conversation. We begin to walk in our highest potential when we let go off all of those things. We have access to all the power in the world. Once we clear out all the negative images, we come in contact with it. We are going to talk about stumbling blocks and the idea that the things that don’t work out are actually benefiting us even if we do not see it.
Elizabeth talks about wanting to make this life journey a positive experience. She believes that stumbling blocks are gifts of the universe. Through adversity, we’re offered a choice: either sit in the mud or figure out why you’re in the mud. By figuring it out, you are forced to look deeper within yourself. Stumbling blocks are the Universe’s desire to want to see you walking in your higher purpose. It mirrors back to us what we are thinking and feeling about ourselves. She tells us a personal story about her life and about how she felt that situation revealed her own fears.
Elizabeth continues on the topic of stumbling blocks. Elizabeth further talks about her stumbling blocks and the choices she made in dealing with them. She reflects on the mistakes she made and how she was able to refine her thinking and then change her life. She urges us to think of ourselves as seeds or trees, learning to trust that the universe is giving us what we need. Before signing out, she tells her guests once again that our stumbling blocks are there to help us, not hurt us.
[EPISODE] Discover How to Nourish the Soul During Change
In this Week’s Nourish the Soul we will continue to explore change! Join me as we go on a journey to discover how to nourish the soul during periods of transition ✨
I’m ready to help you understand how feeding the mind (not the soul) during change not only makes change more challenging but actually creates opportunities to get swept away by your thoughts and feelings?✨
Emotions are what feed the need to control situations. What happens to us when we NEED to control?
👉Do we feel balanced and at ease OR more out of control?
👉Do we react or respond to others?
👉Do we use food or alcohol to feel better?
👉Do we hold onto our feelings or release them?
The tendency to want to control is so automatic and it is the very reason why change is such a gift. Change moves us, shakes things up a bit, and keeps us on our soul’s toes!✨
I want to know what do you do (or have done)when you feel stressed/ out of control? Feel free to call in at anytime 877-480-4120 and share your thoughts and feelings. I will be giving away something INCREDIBLE!✨
Come prepared to shift your perspective as I empower you to nourish the soul as you see the difference between needing control and being powerful during the ebbs and flows of life.✨
A healthy mind = happiness = power at all times in life= a healthy body, relationships, career, and so much more!✨
Tune in to learn more!
September’s theme is one of change and development. Following this theme, Elizabeth begins this segment by asking her listening audience to pay attention to what happens in the mind and the body during periods of change. She speaks about the challenges we face as we are changing and how we can face them. She also talks about a special giveaway for her audience!
Elizabeth continues the discussion from last week about the way our bodies relay messages to us regarding change. Our bodies are compasses that can tell us a lot about how we are feeling. Diesease or “dis ease” is a signal that we’re not walking in our highest path. Once we figure out what you need to learn, we get healthier faster! She talks about how what we tell ourselves or feed our minds affect our bodies and vice versa. She uses an example of a date to further illustrate this idea. She also asks us an important question: “Does pushing our emotions down during change make change easier for us or more difficult?”
In this segment, Elizabeth discusses control and where the need to control can often stem from. A lot of the time, our need to control is rooted in fear based on the stories we have told ourselves to make ourselves feel safe. She also tells a personal story about her reaction to a change and how she paused to figure out why she felt like she did.
She discusses the importance of paying attention to what you feed your mind and talks about what it means to nourish the soul. She defines it as: Leaning into your feelings, cultivating an awareness within yourself and asking yourself why; why you have the feelings you’re currently experiencing as opposed to sweeping your feelings under the rug. She gives further advice: Instead of looking outside of yourself and creating more blockage, you must look internally so that you can connect with yourself and overcome what you are experiencing.
The audience is reminded to look into themselves for our own comfort and to remember their own magnificence and their real power. She states that through change, we get the opportunity to find out who we really are and we become more capable of completing our higher purpose. She talks about the fact of how we must awaken our gifts and talents. She talks about walking in truth, nourishing our souls, and setting boundaries and defines this is power. Overall, she defines power as looking within and finding what is good for you.

Elizabeth begins tonight’s show by welcoming listeners to embark on a journey of self-discovery. Self discovery begins with finding a space to ignite your inner power, to sink deeply into oneself. Elizabeth explains her approach to using food as a platform to generate spiritual, physical, and mental change. We delve deeper into the theme of change, specifically how our bodies react to change. The goal is to shift your understanding of change so you can walk in true power of mind, body, and soul. Remember that in every moment of life, we embody change and can always learn.
In our lives, we are constantly unbecoming who we think we are and becoming who we truly are. We physically embody impermanence; our bodies physically express change as we age. Elizabeth points out how our egos resist mental change in our lives. Our “monkey minds” and egos have their own safety mechanisms that hold us back from change. Elizabeth explains why stepping into the unknown and embracing change runs against the comfort and safety of staying the same. She pivots to show how the ego influences food and personal life decisions. If we become comfortable with that which we seek to overcome, we overcome our egos to learn soul lessons, to learn what we want to accomplish for ourselves.
Elizabeth describes how the ego can be used in times of change to orient us to our highest self. Our highest self wants us to learn strength, self-love, and freedom. Elizabeth challenges us to step outside of the safety of our minds to pursue our highest self. We pivot to how our bodies respond to our mind and ego’s responses to change. We recognize that change can have physical consequences on our bodies. Our bodies are tools, which will teach us not only what ails us mentally and spiritually but also how to be at peace.
Elizabeth considers how our physical symptoms point us to what we need to learn about ourselves. We learn how even the words we choose to describe our symptoms further show what we need to change. Elizabeth expresses how our bodies can remind us of our power at times when our mind may think otherwise. She proposes the idea that our bodies become ill at times when we are resisting change or using outdated ways of living. Elizabeth concludes by encouraging us all again to approach change from mind, body, and soul perspective.

Join host Elizabeth Tripp as she guides listeners on their journey to align mind, body, and soul. On tonight’s show, Elizabeth emphasizes the importance of bringing your whole self and soul self together. It is important to learn to let go of things holding you back in order to become truly happy and find your inner balance in life.
The focus of tonight’s show is change. Through sharing her own life experiences, Elizabeth seeks to embrace change and demonstrate how we can grow from our past experiences. By exploring her own vulnerabilities, she seeks to gain freedom and wisdom to be shared with her listeners.
Elizabeth begins the show by exploring how she has responded to change in her own personal and professional life. She shares her story of embracing change in the face of uncertainty to pursue the highest good. She offers her attitude of gratitude as a solution to overcoming abrupt or unexpected changes in life. The key to embracing change lies in gratitude and seeing change as an opportunity for growth. Despite the uncertainty of change, Elizabeth affirms that life’s landmines can be transformed into opportunities to develop yourself into person that you want to be.
Elizabeth further delves into how unexpected change can rock you and challenge your ideas. The challenge of change can reconnect you with your central values and ignite the fire to rise up to your soul’s mission. Change does not mean the end of dreams; rather, it allows you to evolve and transcend. Elizabeth then connects her message of embracing change to her relationship with her body and food. With the help of an insightful call from a listener, we learn the power of embracing change and sense the excitement that can be found in change.
Elizabeth confirms the importance of leaning into discomfort and overcoming the initial fears that arise in the face of change. She asserts that we should stand in our power and understand the root beliefs that make us afraid. She cautions against seeking temporary solutions to our fears of change. Elizabeth pivots to how food can be a tool to explore feelings and understand oneself more clearly. By understanding the roots of our relationships with food and our bodies, we can learn to let go of negative emotions and feelings, especially when it comes to change. The goal is to recognize discomfort and learn to let go.
The final segment explores how we can work through past ideas that impede our progress. Elizabeth provides mindful practice as an activity to allow you time to connect with your inner self. Begin with your breath, slow yourself down, and quiet your mind. Elizabeth shares how her recent experience of change reconfirmed her commitment to mindfulness. When we feel better mentally or emotionally, we increase our desire to eat better and take greater physical care of our body. Discomfort is the key that allows us to unlock our own path. Elizabeth concludes by encouraging us all to use change to expand ourselves and trust that changes occur to orient us to our highest good.
