Dr. Nawtej Dosanjh is an innovator and transformative leader in higher education and executive coaching.  He is a strategist in delivering impact and scaling education program design through digital and process innovation. As co-owner of Vedere University, he drives specialized Master’s Programs in Healthcare Management, AI, and Technology, alongside consulting and coaching services.  A relentless drive to excellence has been a central theme of his career.  

With board and executive leadership roles across educational institutions and nonprofits, he has shaped governance, content innovation, and digital transformation. Former Global Dean at Hult International Business School and Chief Academic Officer at the Digital Academy at Global University Systems, he has led international accreditation and strategic innovations.  

Passionate about mentorship and social impact, he previouslyserved as a Board Trustee for First Star UK, supporting education for fosterchildren. Through strategic leadership and coaching, he continues to drive educational excellence and digital transformation globally.

He recently published his first novel, A Climate of Chaos: This Parched Earth, as espionage thriller set in the near future with a backdrop of mass migrations caused by climate change and   how technology could be used for good and ill means.

Later in 2025 he will published a management book about simultaneously maximizing innovation and efficiency through AI.
