Natalie is a New York based nutritionist who studies astrology. Natalie explains how she got involved in astrology and health and how she met Joan. She explains how she combines nutrition with astrology to give her clients holistic approaches to health.
Natalie talks about prebiotics vs. probiotics and healthy eating and dieting. Joan talks about her experience with dieting and how it made her feel overall. Natalie talks about what kind of exercise is best for people and tailoring your workout to what’s happening in your life at the moment. She talks about astrology and how it connects people in more than just romantic relationships.
Chef Wade creates bacon wrapped avocado poppers for Joan, Priya and Natalie. Chef Wade talks about how he stopped eating beef and pork and how he feels much healthier from it. Natalie talks about the important rule for eating that everybody should follow. She talks about getting over the stigma that you have to eat three square meals a day.
