This week, we welcome Arlene Erb, an internationally recognized choreographer, dance instructor, and developer of The Erb Technique. We’ll dive into Arlene’s background of travel, teaching, suffering and surviving. From the stages of Paris to the rehearsal halls of New York, she’s created art and dance for over 50 years.
Back at full strength and beauty after a series of physical setbacks, Arlene is once again teaching her signature class, The Erb Technique. The Erb Technique is a choreographed medley of fluid stretches designed to build a participant’s physical style, grace, control and a deep foundation of strength and flexibility enhancing the passion and “Joy of Dancing” for women of all ages.
