[EPISODE] The Life of Dr. Jones
Join Noreen Sumpter on Beyond Potential: Live Life Your Way as Noreen talks about gratitude. Noreen invites you to share one thing that you are grateful for.
Gratitude is life. Having gratitude can create everything you desire. Be grateful for life. I am grateful to get up this morning. Gratitude is a positive mindset that will transform your life.
Do you know that Gratitude knits together the head and the heart and creates a world of joy? If you think that there is nothing good in your life, that means you are not present.
Gratitude is an inner job, and it creates abundance and allows you to recognize the abundance that’s inside your life. Gratitude draws more to you. It is its own energy field. Gratitude changes your reality, and it changes your world and provides you with more.

Noreen starts off the show as she usually does talking about her week. She takes her first caller and they discuss gratefulness. Noreen and her caller talk about the importance of feeling grateful even within loss. They also talk about feeling grateful about mistakes made because they are also lessons.
Noreen starts off this segment by taking some more questions from her listeners. She and one particular listener discuss how her gratitude has grown since having a child. Noreen talks about being grateful for her health this year. She also talks about being grateful for a guy in the barbershop who gave her the tools that helped her get off of her medication for diabetes.
Noreen takes another call from a listener. She and the caller talk about their gratitude practices and the caller talks about what she is grateful for. The caller was grateful for her business, her relationship with her mom, and her newborn. Later, the ladies talk about accepting changes in themselves (especially on going grey). They especially stress on taking extra care of yourself as you age.
She takes one more caller who talks about her gratefulness for great friends, new life (her sister is pregnant), and last but not least, the holiday season. Noreen talks about being grateful for more things. She is grateful for her sense of humor and happiness, her assistant Kelly, getting to be on her podcast, Dr. Berg, and the keto diet. She is also grateful for the generosity of New Yorkers and how we band together during tough times.
