Especially to those who just started their weight lost. Dr. Boris also talks about the importance of eating healthy. He explains why most people don’t see results. He even talks about different type of foods you can eat at meals, especially at what age range that you can eat certain kind of food.
Katie shares her three for three. Dr. Boris shares the emotional benefits of gratitude. He talks about how we should be thankful in the good times and the bad. Be thankful for waking up in the morning, for family, for your kids, for your job, etc. Being grateful is an important emotional benefit. Dr. Boris shares what he is thankful for.
Priya talks about the great accomplishment towards women. Assembly woman Michaelle Solage called in. Michaelle talks about the amount of women that are winning the elections. It’s all about diversity. Michaelle explains how women want to put their families and communities first. This can change the world. Women are qualified for office when they put their minds to it. If women want to run for office or any kind of job, then they should go for it. Michaelle thinks that women are going to see things through and take things into consideration. This can inspire the next generation.
