During June, we have learned so much about our body! We have begun to understand how to befriend the body to walk with freedom & ease.
We dove deeper into unlocking the power of the body by looking more closely at how emotions affect our body. We discovered when we don’t let out our feelings out our body lets us know in order to help us grow.
We came to see the body is a transcriber for our soul’s lessons and it’s no coincidence we are walking in the bodies we are today. Over the last few weeks, we have come to discover the body is a tool to help us learn what we came to this Earth journey to experience for ourselves – to learn & grow.
Join me this Wednesday night as we explore ways to take what we have learned and draw awareness to the body, quiet the mind, and effectively clear anger, frustration, anxiety, dread from the body.
I will be redefining what it means to meditate and I will be helping you foster a practice that feels absolutely unique and perfect for you!
Ready for some practical tips that can help you revamp your WHOLE life? We will be exploring how to turn the zen light on to walk with bliss and freedom in our lives.

Elizabeth starts off the show by letting her audience know that the power of the show is harnessing stories that we have experienced throughout our lives. She explains that we are able to draw awareness to our own self journey by listening to others stories. With the fourth of july and summer coming up, Elizabeth wants tonight’s show to focus on self awareness. Elizabeth ask the audience “Are you ready to get a sense of peace within yourself?” She begins talking about power, mentioning that people are constantly trying to find this peace within themselves and have struggle with this want. Elizabeth speaks about her own experience living in NYC and the drama that she experiences, drama is a mirror to your soul journey, she explains.
Elizabeth shares an experience of her own where she tested herself if she could really stay calm while interacting with others in a drama filled situation. Elizabeth explains that anger is a power that people use when they need a sense of control. She goes on to recap what the show has gone over the past month and how we have dove deeper into how to empower the body. Elizabeth receives a call from a listener and is asked about “stillness” and meditation, and how these practices can help the body. Elizabeth explains to the listener the difference between reaction and response. She mentions that a response is when someone is in the state of awareness, stops and thinks during a stressful situation.
The third segment continues with Elizabeth’s caller on the line. The caller asks “What to do if you can’t go someplace quiet when wanting to meditate?” Elizabeth tells her caller to remember to herself that “this is the old spagetti”. Elizabeth discusses the meaning of meditation and how there are different forms. She tells her audience that meditation is something that you do on a daily basis, something that you love. If you love to dance, then dancing is a form a meditation because your soul is doing something that it loves, meditation is an activity that is adored by the soul. Elizabeth shares a story when she began meditation before working with her coach. In the spring of 2014 she began having trouble breathing while laying on her bed after a long weekend filled with drama. A few weeks later she found herself in a meditation course where for 20 minutes a day she would practice mediation while closing her eyes.
Elizabeth continues to share her story. After beginning to meditate elizabeth began catching herself singing in the shower and becoming really happy. After this, she found her moons and that what was the moment where she began crying and these emotions being released was a pivotal moment in her journey. Elizabeth closes out the show by circling back to the practice of self awareness as the fourth of july approaches.
